Notice of Commencement for a Category B Project Evaluation
Land use permit for Agnew Lake Dock Association
The Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) has received an application for The construction of 8-10 docks to provide boat parking area for water access property residents.
The MNR Sudbury invites Indigenous communities and organizations, interested persons, government agencies, stakeholders or the public to provide comment for the proposed Land use permit for Agnew Lake Dock Group at Espanola Bay The comment period begins August 22, 2025 and ends on September 20, 2025.
This project is being evaluated as a Category B project under the Class Environmental Assessment for MNR Resource Stewardship and Facility Development Projects (Class EA-RSFD). Upon completion of the project evaluation, MNR will issue a Notice of Completion. A Notice of Completion will be provided only to parties who have provided input or requested further notice.
